Dr. Tyler Rogers, PT, DPT

Co-Owner, Physical Therapist

Education:​

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Iowa in 2021 (ranked 4th nationally at time of graduation)

  • Bachelor degree in Movement & Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019

​

Specialized Interests and Training:

  • Athletic injuries and injury prevention

  • Balance and dizziness concerns - including BPPV and vertigo

  • Joint replacements

  • Neuro-rehabilitation

  • Blood Flow Restriction Training

  • Dry Needling

​

Dr. Rogers has worked with patients as young as 9 weeks premature to 109 years old, and nearly everything in between. He has helped high-level athletes return to sport, stroke victims regain function, nursing home patients return home, and many others get back to the activities they enjoy.

Dr. Kaitlyn Rogers, DPT

Co-Owner, Physical Therapy Technician

Education:​

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Briar Cliff University in 2025 

  • Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from the University of Central Missouri in 2021

​

Kaitlyn gained a passion for Physical Therapy during her athletic career that would see her become a collegiate softball player, but would also force her to endure numerous orthopedic injuries and surgeries. This has given her the unique ability to directly relate to patients in pain and the challenge of a difficult rehab process.

  • Pediatrics

  • Pelvic floor health and incontinence

  • Pregnancy care including postpartum

  • Blood Flow Restriction Training

  • Dry Needling

Andrew Hesse, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Education:​

  • Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Lake Area Technical College in 2020

​

Specialized Interests and Training:

  • Therapeutic exercise and activity, including pediatric and geriatric therapies and kinesio-taping

  • Soft tissue mobilization and manual therapy techniques

  • Home exercise program instruction to enhance patient recovery

  • Co-treatment with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists

Andrew has honed his skills across various settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes. He has a background in massage therapy and volunteering at community programs.

Dr. Carson Roshone, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Education:​

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Briar Cliff University in 2025

  • Bachelor degree in Exercise Science from South Dakota State University in 2022

  • Athletic injuries and injury prevention

  • Joint replacements

  • Neuro-rehabilitation

Dr. Roshone was first introduced to physical therapy when rehabbing from injuries during his time in high school sports. Since then, he has found a passion for helping individuals through injury and illness.
